Please make sure your backing at minimum is 4 inches longer than your top on each side. ***NOTE*** - If you choose the option that states your backing is in one piece, that means it is already pieced, or is the correct width, and is ready to go. If it needs to be pieced, no problem, just select the multiple pieces option and we'll gladly piece it. The cost for piecing the backing is $20.00

We can trim your quilt and machine bind it, or just send it you you right off the machine. We use leftover backing for binding, unless otherwise specified. Trimming is 1/8 inch for the edge of the quilt so that does not mean the quilt is squared. For binding, I offer 2 price points for machine binding. 

Price is determined by linear foot. (width + length) x 2 /12 multiplied by service charged:  Example: Quilt measures W 50" x L 70"  {(50 + 70) x 2} = 240/12 = 20 linear feet x $2.00 = $40.00

Need your quilt faster than 3 weeks? Choose priority quilting to jump ahead in line. Usually a 1 week turnaround from receipt of quilt.

I'd love to promote your beautiful work! Fill this out only if you are permitting me to share pictures of your quilt on social media. Please include the pattern name, pattern designer, and/or any special fabrics that your quilt features. If you need to keep this project secret, please indicate that as well!

I use USPS Priority shipping to return quilts (if not arranging pick up locally). It comes with $50 of insurance and a tracking number. Please indicate below if you would like me to purchase additional insurance on your behalf (added to the invoice when work is complete). As a guideline, select the estimated amount of invoice plus your materials cost in the quilt.

In order to give you the best results possible, please ensure that your backing fabric is at minimum a total of 8" wider and 8" longer than your quilt top. This gives me at least 4" of margin on each side of the quilt top. Your backing can be larger but not smaller.

We'll get started as soon as we receive your quilt top, so send it on over as soon as you can. You may want to wrap your quilt in plastic to protect it from moisture. Most carriers also offer insurance if you are worried about it getting lost. Please include your order number with your quilt. You can print your order confirmation email out, or you can just leave us a sticky note with it written down. Once you submit the quilt order form you will receive an email with further instructions and the address to ship your quilt. Once your quilt is finished, I will email your invoice. You may pay online with the payment options provided. Please make note I WILL NOT SHIP your quilt until your invoice is paid. Any questions or concerns please contact me.
